Fathers / Mothers groups in Hong Kong ?

My young family is moving to Hong Kong in July because of my wife's work and I'm going to be a stay at home dad for the first year or so, looking after our 8 month old, and 3 year old girls. While this seemed like a really good idea all those months ago when this was agreed, I'm now a month out, and am starting to get a bit scared about the whole thing!, but that's a different story :-)
My question is... and I'm sure I'll have many more...
Does anyone know of any 'fathers' and/or 'mothers' groups that would be willing to take on a father who is new to all of this. ?
