Happy Valley Racecourse Fire Memorial

Hi,

As we live in the So Kun Po valley, I've been meaning to visit this for a while...last time we tried, the end of the path was blocked before we got to see anything. However, I found this on YouTube, and it certainly looks like there was something worth seeing in 2009, not all that long ago.

I've seen photos of it, but still haven't been to see the actual memorial. I thought it was open to the public though, so I wonder if there is another path to reach it?
