1. Upon first use a user should be able to select the English or Chinese interface;
2. Make sure your card is compatible to the ATM by comparing the system/network support logo on the ATM Kiosk and your card.
3. Please also be aware there is going to be inter-bank surcharge on each transaction. You have to check with your own bank/card centre for the approximate rate, which may also vary according to the exchange rates.
4. Some of the newer machines might show blue screen of death once in a while.......
