Which Apartment in Kowloon Tong???

Hi, we've spent many hours reviewing listings on hongkonghomes.com and gohome, etc. and are looking for suggestions/ feedback on apartment buildings in Kowloon Tong. We will be coming over looking for an apartment in June and would like to have an idea of where we need to look. Does anyone have a recommendation for an apartment in Kowloon Tong?
From what I've seen on the site, St. George Apartments look nice. Can anyone give me feedback on that apartment building or a recommendation for another good one in the $25-$30k per month range?? We're looking for something convenient to dropping the kiddie at AIS on the way to the MTR of a morning. Suggestions and any feedback on the area in general are greatly appreciated!!

St George's looks great on the outside. It's newly built and very close to AIS. Very convenient.

But it is facing that very busy road - Princess (or is it Waterloo) road that has heavy traffic.

It's not within walking distance to an MTR...OK perhaps 30 minutes. But that's no fun in 30 degrees c and 90% humidity

I'm in the same situation as you...basically looking for a 2-bedroom apartment in Kowloon Tong (17-28kish) starting Jan 06. I'd really appreciate it if you could share any of your insights.
