New wages for Foreign Domestic Helper

What your opinion about the HK government has announed that the wages of Foreign Domestic Helper did increase 50 HKD a month with effected from 19/05/05 for the new contract.
Is it suitable for their duty and for their family in hometown?
I think it's so " Insult"
