HK Men's tailors

Hello,
I stumbled upon this site accidentally and I absolutely LOVE it - it is so hilarious but yet everything stated on the site is ever soooo true!
Anyway, my question for all of you out there is where are the best tailors in HK to go to for custom made men's dress shirts and suits? My bf and I are travelling to HK this Christmas and he would like to get some dress shirts and suits tailor made. Any location either on HK Island or Kowloon will be fine. How long does it normally take on average to have an item made?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I've used Danny's once. I wasn't impressed with the shirts which were badly fitting and weren't great quality - they are beginning to wear through after a year, which is worse than my other shirts of similar vintage.
I took Mr Tall's advice (eventually) and found New World Tailor in Wan Chai. It was excellent. I had 2 shirts made first to try them out, and they fit perfectly. He doesn't have the widest range of shirt fabrics, but he certainly makes a good shirt out of what he has. Mr Tall - if I knew your real name you'd probably have some commission by now!
I then got a linen mix suit and some shirts made, and I'm happy with them all. The suit in particular looks fab, and he takes direction well.

A real find among fishy tales
My husband had gone to New World Tailor and had about 10 shirts and a suit made over the past 6 months. Tony and his wife are good partners and we are very pleased with their service. We like their down to earth attitude and understated shopfront. I dont think they understand what we were talking about when we told them the reference on this website but he did show us a WSJ article on their shop from years ago. Thank you Mr Tall.

I agree - Tony at New World tailor is very good. His shop has recently moved to 151-163 Wan Chai Rd (New Century Plaza), pretty close to the old shop. He's in Shop G03, G/F.
